By accessing or using eSIM Corp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. We may modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
eSIM Corp provides enterprise eSIM management services, including digital SIM provisioning, connectivity management, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Service availability depends on carrier partnerships and network coverage in your region.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Fees are charged according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your plan. We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. Enterprise customers may have custom billing arrangements as specified in their service agreement.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to interfere with service operations, or to violate any applicable regulations. Excessive or abusive data usage that negatively impacts network performance may result in throttling or service restriction. We reserve the right to enforce fair usage policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIM Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim.
